There’s no extra cost to participate in the Tundra Walks. However, guests must reserve a $2 timed-entry ticket for the specific date and time of the walk they’d like to attend. General admission tickets are $18 for adults and $8 for children, and can be purchased online in advance or at the gate upon arrival. Guests driving their own vehicles should plan to arrive at the Pikes Peak entrance gate by 9:00 am for the morning walk or 1:00 pm for the afternoon walk. This ensures enough time to drive to Devils Playground (mile 16) before the walk begins.
Prefer Not to Drive? Take the Pikes Peak Shuttle!
The shuttle makes a convenient stop at Devils Playground, where the Tundra Walks take place. Shuttle tickets are $35 for adults and $10 for children.
If you'd like to attend a walk, we recommend reserving one of the following shuttle time slots:
Morning Walk: Reserve a 9:00–10:15 am shuttle ticket
Afternoon Walk: Reserve a 12:40–2:15 pm shuttle ticket
You may board the shuttle at any time within your reserved window. Please keep in mind that it takes around 45 minutes to reach Devils Playground from the mile 7 shuttle parking lot.
