The Colorado Springs Airport (COS) saw a slight increase in passenger traffic in June 2025, with 235,642 travelers passing through the terminal—a 0.3 percent rise compared to June 2024. This is the second month of year-over-year growth and continues the positive shift following initial lower-than-expected numbers thus far in 2025. Seat availability rose by 5.5 percent year-over-year, largely due to aircraft upgrades that increased capacity; however, the average load factor declined to 81.1 percent, down 4.1 percent from the same period last year. COS remains focused on strategic, long-term growth through expanded air service offerings and airline partnerships, positioning the airport for continued growth in passenger volumes as summer travel demand strengthens.
