As Built:
The section of the accessible route that runs along the south side of the YMCA parking lot has several issues.
- There are four pads with high cross slope measuring between 2.4% and 3.2%.
- The path does not connect to the parking lot but dead ends into an unmaintained dirt trail.
- There are two pads at the dead end that are severely fractured.
- There is a 1/2" vertical displacement between pads.
Recommendation:
Do nothing at this time as this path does not lead anywhere. If it is connected to a path on the Y side it is recommended that the cross slope, fractured pads and vertical displacement be repaired to compliance.

- Route section 1 has nine pads of concrete with high cross slope measuring between 5.4% and 8.8%. One pad has a divot measuring 1/2" deep and 6" round. Two of the pads with high running slope are on a bridge spanning a culvert.
- Route section 3 has nine pads of concrete with high cross slope measuring between 2.3% and 3.8%., one pad also has high running slope of 6.7%. There is a 1/2" vertical displacement between two of the pads.
Recommendation:
Replace non-compliant turning spaces so that they have a less than 2% slope in all directions. Replace the connectors between these turning spaces so that they have cross slopes less than 2% and running slopes less than 5%. Grind or replace concrete with vertical displacement of more than 1/2".

Recommendation:
