Trails, Open Space & Parks (TOPS) Working Committee
The TOPS Working Committee has nine (9) members appointed by the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Advisory Board. Committee members work together in accordance with the TOPS Ordinance, to guide our City in the prudent acquisition, stewardship, development and preservation of Trails, Open Space, and Parks, thereby creating a legacy for future generations in the Pikes Peak region.
- Meeting Time: The 1st Wednesday of every month at 7:30 am at PRCS Administration, 1401 Recreation Way
- Vacancies: Two (2) alternate members (must reside in Colorado Springs city limits)

City Council is looking for residents of Colorado Springs willing to donate their time, talent and energy to serve on a City Council Appointed Boards, Commissions, and Committees. The City of Colorado Springs has numerous Boards, Commissions, and Committees that cover a wide range of topics and appeal to a variety of interests. The City Council relies on many of these these volunteer Board Members for thoughtful advice to create policies and develop budgets.
