CSPD Community Liaison Officer Program

We believe police departments and protest groups should work together, regardless of the groups message. The benefits for public safety, participant safety, and officer safety that result from non-combative mutually cooperative communications before and during an event, are invaluable. One of our primary goals is to support a safer environment for everyone involved to lawfully exercise their First Amendment rights of speech and assembly.
