Finding Help

Emergency Shelter 

For additional resources, you can call 211 to speak with a representative from Pikes Peak United Way. 

To report a concern to the Colorado Springs Police Department's Homeless Outreach Team, contact them at 719-444-7666 or email CSPDHot@coloradosprings.gov. Please note, this number and email are NOT for reporting illegal activity. To report a crime, call 444-7000 or 911 in case of an emergency.

For street outreach assistance in the Downtown area for individuals experiencing homelessness, reach the Colorado Springs Fire Department's Homeless Outreach Program at 719-385-2273 or email csfdcares@coloradosprings.gov. This number and email are NOT for reporting illegal activity. For emergencies, please call 911.
