Mayor Yemi is seeking applications for a vacant seat on the Colorado Springs Housing Authority (CSHA) Board of Commissioners. The mission of CSHA is to provide affordable housing in Colorado Springs.

The board consists of seven members who provide skills and expertise in the following areas: finance, architecture, project development, real estate and property management. Backgrounds in these professions allow the board to provide the oversight required for sound governance.

Commissioners serve four-year terms and may serve two consecutive terms. The board meets on the third Thursday of every month at 2:30 p.m. excluding July and December.

Applications and resumes will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. March 19, at ColoradoSprings.gov/Boards. Applicants can learn more about CSHA at csha.us/
