Mayor Yemi Mobolade and Colorado Springs City Clerk Sarah Johnson certified the election results today from the 2025 Special Election. Official results can be found at ColoradoSprings.gov/ElectionResults.
The special election was held on June 17. The post-election period lasted till April 25, allowing time for military and overseas citizens’ ballots to arrive, and allowed voters who did not sign their ballot or voters with signature discrepancies to cure those ballots. Election judges processed those additional ballots after 5 p.m. on April 25.
