Stratton Neighborhood Park Public Meeting

The City of Colorado Springs – Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services Department (Parks) will host a public neighborhood meeting to update local residents on the Stratton Neighborhood Park property.

The agenda for the neighborhood meeting will touch on:  

• Reporting out resident input from the last meeting held in December 2024/January 2025.
• The next planning and site management steps scheduled for Fall 2025 and 2026.
• Connie Schmeisser, project manager with Colorado Springs Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services will give a project overview followed by:
  • Cory Ashby, Colorado Springs Fire Deparmtnet will speak on fuel mitigation planning for the site in 2026.
  • The second half of the meeting will feature breakouts for residents to visit informational stations.
