The Colorado Springs Utilities Board is composed of the elected members of the Colorado Springs City Council and in that capacity, they have the responsibility of governing Colorado Springs Utilities.
Board meetings, including working committee meetings, are hybrid, with an option to attend virtually in the meeting agendas at the link below. Working committee lunches are noticed here, as they contain two or more board members, but no virtual option to attend will be available.
