Planning Commission Meeting

The Planning Commission reviews various development applications and proposals, some of which are later reviewed by City Council.

Formal City Planning Commission meetings are viewable to the public live through SpringsTV (Comcast Channel 18 and 880 (HD) and Century Link Channel 18). 

Individuals planning to participate in the meetings are encouraged to download Microsoft Teams on their computers and mobile device.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 ("ADA"), and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, the City of Colorado Springs will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities, and those with Limited English Proficiency. Anyone requiring an auxiliary aid, language services or reasonable accommodation to participate in this program should make the request as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
