Valentine's Day Contest: The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is excited to announce its 2nd Annual Valentine's Day Contest! For the last six months, the CSPD has been the home to Detective Fox. Detective Fox has done some great work during his time at the CSPD, but he is ready to find his forever home.
We are asking for the most creative homemade Valentine's Day Card for a police officer. CSPD Chief Vince Niski will choose the top three cards. Those cards will then be shared on social media for our community to vote on their favorite. The overall winning valentine creator will get Detective Fox as their own. Even better, Detective Fox will be delivered to the winner's home with a special police escort. At the end of the contest, all Valentine's Day Cards that are submitted will be handed out to CSPD officers around the city.
Who can Participate
The contest is open to any child 3-10 years of age in the Colorado Springs Community.
How to Submit a Valentine’s Day Card
Please address your homemade Valentine’s Day cards to “The Community Relations Unit”, and drop them off at the Police Operations Center, located at 705 South Nevada Avenue.
