All property within the City of Colorado Springs limits is zoned and subject to regulations and standards specific to the zone district. Zoning governs how property owners can use their land, including dimensional standards such as building height and setbacks between properties and rights-of-ways, and what uses are permitted. For mixed use and industrial districts, zoning also dictates how many parking spaces are required for a use, architectural standards for buildings, and landscape standards.
To determine the zoning of a specific property, visit SpringsView. A property’s address or TSN (Tax Schedule Number) may be entered to zoom to a property for additional information.
At the link above use the left-hand margin to navigate to Chapter 7 – Unified Development Code (UDC) for all zoning related regulations.
