About

The Deerfield Hills Community Center continues its tradition of offering a positive and safe environment for children of all ages. The wide array of program opportunities and community services, along with a dynamic center staff, make this a well-utilized neighborhood resource. Deerfield Hills offers a variety of summer activities. Check out the Sprayground to stay cool during the summer months.

Tuesdays & Thursdays - Active Adults 55+

• 9-10 a.m.
• Open to all adults 55+
• Various exercise and movement activities each week, followed by a walk (weather permitting)

December 10, 2025-Artsy Escapes

• 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
• FREE and open to all adults.
• All skill levels welcome, all supplies provided.
• Limited spaces available, to insure we have enough supplies please register or call to reserve your seat.

December 17, 2025-Artsy Adults 55+

• 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
• FREE and open to all adults 55+.
• All skill levels welcome, all supplies provided.

December 18, 2025-Dancing your Stories-Ormao Dance Studio

• 10:00-11:00 a.m.
• FREE and open to all adults 55+.
• All skill levels welcome.
• Limited spaces available please register or call to reserve your seat.

December 16, 2025-Community Playgroup

• 10:00-11:00 a.m.
• Open to all children 0-5 years old with a caregiver.
• Join us to have Cookies and Milk with our special visitor Mrs Clause!

December 19, 2025-Mobile Food Pantry

• 11:30-1:30 p.m.
• Free and open to everyone. Appointments required, call the center for more details
