Women of all ages are invited to a free Women’s Health Fair at Deerfield Hills Community Center, 4290 Deerfield Hills Road, on Saturday, Nov. 22 from 10 a.m. to noon. The event will offer on-site health screenings, wellness resources, and immediate access to support programs that promote long-term wellbeing in southeast Colorado Springs. No registration is required.

Vendors will offer a range of services including sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing, reproductive health services, services for expectant parents and services for children and families. Specialists from Katie’s Way Colorado Springs will also be available to provide guidance on anxiety and depression resources. These partners are joining together to ensure women have access to trusted information, preventive care, and pathways to ongoing assistance.

The celebration also marks the grand opening of the center’s new Period Pantry at Deerfield Hills Community Center, created in partnership with Period Possible. The pantry will provide free, easily accessible menstrual products to community members, strengthening health equity and reducing barriers to essential care.

The Women’s Health Fair is designed to bring vital health resources directly into the neighborhood, connecting residents with comprehensive support and creating a welcoming space for women of all ages to learn, ask questions, and strengthen their wellbeing.
